Rather than becoming a straight on-going client with an agreement based on an hourly fee, you may want to consider forming a partnership with me. I generally prefer this type of relationship and I think it is the best scenario for both parties.
The beauty of this type of agreement is that if you are a startup or smaller company with little to no budget for internet marketing, we don’t need to abide by an hourly or monthly fee. Instead, my payment would come in the form of a percentage of your online sales. This is often referred to as profit-sharing or revenue-sharing.
You don’t need to be a startup or smaller company to take advantage of this opportunity. This type of agreement may also work well if you have a larger or more established business and you are seeking more web traffic and conversions.
Once an agreement is reached, I will begin optimizing your website. The great thing about a partnership agreement is that the more work I put in, the more money I will potentially make… and the more money it will make you. As I put in the work and your website converts sales, I will be making money based on a percentage of those sales and you will be making sales you otherwise wouldn’t be!
